Sierra Club’s Environmental Justice and Tobacco Control Project will be hosting a planning summit from December 16-18th at the Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island.
The Sierra Club's Young Adult Advisory Board Strategic Planning Summit is where Young Adults from all over California that are passionate about fighting Climate Change, for a livable planet for all can come together to Train, Plan, Organize and Take Action together.
The Sierra Club's Young Adult Advisory Board Strategic Planning Summit will meet in San Diego to plan out the coming year including days of action, communications plan, and organizing strategies. We will also be recording our Podcast so that participants can tell each other their stories.
All Young Adults eager to organize their community are welcome, and we will pay for travel, learn how to have a clean-up, and then we will help you plan them in your community. This event will be held at Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island - 1960 Harbor Island Dr, San Diego, CA 92101, USA
This event is open to young adults (18-25)
Travel expenses and lodging will be covered for attendees. A shuttle will be available to and from the airport.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated*and certify that they are not affiliated with the tobacco industry.
COVID-19 testing will be required upon arrival.
